Job Description

Job Description:
> Lead the creation of detailed project schedules, ensures that it aligns with the project objectives, timelines, and resource availability.
> Recognize any potential risks that could impact project timelines and develop strategies to mitigate these effects.
> Efficiently allocate manpower, material and financial resources to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within the budget.
> Ensure that project planning and scheduling comply with company policies, industry standards and regulatory requirements.
> Keep accurate and up-to-date documentation of all project planning and scheduling activities - schedules, reports, and minutes of meeting.
Qualifications:
> Licensed Civil Engineer.
> Proven work experience as Planning Engineer in renewable energy projects/ power projects.
> Proficient in Project Management Software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel, or other scheduling software.
> Experience in renewable energy projects is preferred but not mandatory.
> Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify issues early and recommend effective solutions.
> Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the project.
