Civil Engineer - Substation and Transmission Line

> Develop detailed designs and layouts for substation and transmission structures, including foundations, control buildings, and equipment supports.
> Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies to identify suitable locations for substations and transmission lines.
> Prepare and review engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications for civil works.
> Ensure designs comply with industry standards, local regulations, and safety requirements.
> Perform structural analysis for substation equipment supports, towers, and other related infrastructure.
> Assess the impact of environmental factors (e.g., wind, seismic activity) on the integrity of structures.
> Design and implement measures to mitigate risks such as erosion, flooding, and seismic damage.
> Collaborate with electrical engineers to align civil and electrical designs for seamless integration.
> Coordinate with utility companies, government agencies, and other stakeholders for project approvals.
> Engage with landowners and community members during project planning and execution.
> Ensure projects meet national and international standards such as IEEE, IEC or local building codes.
> Licensed Civil Engineer
> With prior work experience in substation and transmission design.
> Knowledgeable in the industry standards, local regulations, and safety requirement.
> Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
> Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
> Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
