Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized Inventory Manager to oversee and optimize inventory control processes. The Inventory Manager will be responsible for tracking stock levels, implementing inventory management strategies, and ensuring the accuracy of inventory records. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience with inventory software, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement inventory control policies and procedures to maintain optimal stock levels.
Monitor and track inventory accuracy, conducting regular audits and reconciliations.
Oversee the receiving, storing, and distribution of inventory items efficiently.
Analyze inventory trends and forecast demand to prevent shortages or overstocking.
Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams to optimize supply chain operations.
Manage and update inventory management systems, ensuring data integrity.
Identify and resolve discrepancies, damaged goods, and slow-moving inventory issues.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines related to inventory storage and handling.
Train and supervise inventory staff, ensuring adherence to best practices.
