Job Description

What You’ll Do:
Deliver blended support (email, chat, and voice) to social media users
Assist customers with account issues, troubleshooting, and platform navigation
Provide fast and friendly customer service to ensure a seamless user experience

What We’re Looking For:
Associate or College Graduate
Open to candidates with or without CSR experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Willing to work onsite and in shifting schedules
