Job Description

Job Summary:
As an Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing the financial activities of the organization, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with applicable financial regulations. You will oversee the accounting team and collaborate with other departments to support financial decision-making and drive the company's success.
Responsibilities:
Financial Management:
1. Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
2. Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and fixed assets.
3. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.
4. Monitor and analyze financial data to provide management with insights and recommendations for cost savings, revenue optimization, and risk mitigation.
Team Management:
1. Supervise and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
2. Assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure efficient workflow within the department.
3. Foster a positive work environment, promote teamwork, and encourage professional development.
4. Financial Analysis and Planning:
5. Conduct financial analysis, such as variance analysis, profitability analysis, and trend analysis, to support strategic decision-making.
6. Collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor departmental budgets and forecasts.
7. Provide financial insights for business initiatives, including investment analysis, pricing strategies, and cost optimization.
Compliance and Auditing:
1. Ensure compliance with accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
2. Coordinate and support internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and resolving any identified issues.
3. Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and best practices, implementing necessary adjustments.
Systems and Process Improvement:
1. Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes, enhance system efficiencies, and improve overall financial operations.
2. Implement accounting software upgrades or new systems, ensuring smooth transitions and user training.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A master's degree or CPA designation is preferred.
• More than 5 Years experience on the same field
• Proven work experience as a Finance Manager or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite, with advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
