What You’ll Do:
Provide blended support (email, chat, and voice) for platform users
Assist customers with account issues, troubleshooting, and navigation
Deliver fast and friendly customer service to enhance user satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:
Associate or College Graduate
Open to applicants with or without CSR experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule
