Job Description

What You’ll Do:
Provide blended support (email/chat/voice) to users of a top social media platform.
Assist customers with account issues, troubleshooting, and platform navigation.
Ensure a seamless user experience with fast and friendly customer service.

What We’re Looking For:
Associate or College Graduate.
With work experience even not related to CSR
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working onsite and in shifting schedules.
