Job Description
● Assists in developing audit objectives by reviewing available information and conducting research.
● Helps design, implement, and maintain internal audit procedures and risk assessment processes.
● Stays current on industry trends, best accounting, and audit practices.
2. Audit Execution and Reporting
● Travels to different branches to conduct on-site inventory audits, ensuring adherence to company
policies and standards.
● Ensures accuracy of auditing information from the team.
● Prepares audit findings, writes audit reports, and develops recommendations to improve
processes.
● Collates and ensures proper filing of every audit report.
3. Compliance and Process Improvement:
● Ensures compliance with all applicable plans, policies, and standards.
● Follow up on audit findings and recommendations to ensure timely resolution.
● Closely works with HR and Operations to impose disciplinary actions and develops strategies for
process improvement.

● Develops and implements corrective actions to address gaps or discrepancies identified during
audits.
4. Inventory Management and Reconciliation
● Conducts physical inventory checks and reconciles discrepancies with system records.
● Monitors stock movement and ensures proper documentation of all transactions.
● Identifies potential risks in inventory handling and recommends measures to mitigate them.
5. Coordination and Communication
● Coordinates with store/branches, warehouse teams, and other departments to ensure compliance
with inventory processes.
● Provides guidance and training to staff involved in inventory processes to maintain accuracy and
efficiency.
