Job Description

Responsible for handling employee inquiries related to compensation, payroll, benefits, and related policies.
Assist employees with compensation-related inquiries, including salary, bonuses, deductions, payroll discrepancies, and benefits.

Requirements
At least 2 years in college
At least 2 years’ experience in Sales compensation administration
Experience creating SQL scripts, CRM Tools and Case Management
Must have experience in Payroll helpdesk or Comp & Benefits department or Finance & Accounting , HR Shared Services
Salary:
₱38,000.00 Monthly
