Job Description

Job Overview

This position plays a crucial role in assisting the sales team by handling administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. This position directly contributes to customer satisfaction and helps drive the company’s sales objectives by improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
-Customer Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email, providing timely and professional responses to maintain high levels of satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently.
-Order Processing: Support the sales team by accurately processing and managing orders, ensuring on-time delivery and seamless fulfillment.
-Sales Coordination: Assist in organizing sales activities, track progress toward monthly targets, and contribute innovative ideas to enhance lead generation efforts.
-Data Management: Maintain and update sales records in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility to support informed decision-making.
-Reporting & Analysis: Generate and analyze sales reports to monitor performance, identify trends, and provide insights that support strategic business decisions.

Qualifications & Skills
-Preferably a graduate of any business-related course
-Proven experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role
-Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
-Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
-Can translate messages from Japanese to English/Filipino and vice versa (Preferably with N1 or N2 Japanese Proficiency)
-Hardworking and willing to render overtime
