Job Description
• Fresh Graduate Or atleast high school diploma.
• Answering incoming calls from customers
• Sorting out customers inquiries or requests
• Ensuring that customers requests are managed in an appropriate and timely manner
• Developing, organizing and maintaining accurate files
• Maximizing different client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
• Delivering a high caliber of service in a friendly, confident, and informed manner
