Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing product and service information, resolving issues, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Additionally, the role may require face-to-face meetings or presentations as necessary to assist clients in understanding and maximizing the benefits of our aroma diffuser services.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
Provide accurate and detailed information regarding the services, product features, pricing, and maintenance.
Address and resolve customer concerns, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term client relationships.
Process service requests, orders, and account modifications efficiently.
Conduct face-to-face meetings or presentations with clients when necessary to demonstrate product features, provide consultations, or discuss service agreements.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Stay up to date with product updates, industry trends, and customer service best practices.
Provide support in customer retention initiatives and upselling opportunities where applicable.
Assist in gathering customer feedback to improve services and overall customer experience.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to conduct professional face-to-face meetings and presentations.
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Willingness to travel locally when required for meetings or presentations.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive and customer-focused attitude.
Willing to be assigned in Pinagbuhatan, Pasig City.
