Job Description
Acts as a mentor to subordinates; trains and evaluates each employee's performance as is needed
Implements all existing policies and guidelines, assists in informing all branch employees of new policies and guidelines
Implements the imposition of disciplinary sanctions based on rules, regulations, policies approved by HR Supervisor
Comes up with solutions for day-to-day issues in the branch
Monitors expenses of the branch
Records daily/monthly financial transactions of the branch, ensures accuracy of all journal book entries
Prepares reports on collection as is needed
