Job Description
Process incoming and outgoing invoices promptly.
Verify the accuracy of invoices, ensuring proper authorization before processing payments.
Assist in reconciling accounts payable and receivable balances.
Ensure timely payments to vendors and suppliers.
Payroll Processing:
Assist with payroll processing, ensuring employee hours are correctly tracked and paid.
Ensure compliance with tax laws and company policies regarding deductions, benefits, and bonuses.
