Job Description
-Develop, implement, and oversee HR policies, processes, training programs, and initiatives to ensure compliance and support business objectives.
-Manage key HR functions, including compensation, benefits administration, leave management, employee relations, disciplinary actions, investigations, performance management, and employee recognition.
-Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations, regularly reviewing and updating policies as needed.
-Oversee the monitoring and processing of work permits and visas for expatriates, ensuring timely compliance.
-Develop and manage the departmental budget, optimizing resources to support HR initiatives.
-Facilitate employee professional development, training, and certification programs to enhance skills and career growth.
-Perform other related duties as assigned to support organizational needs.
- Preferably with Master Degree or Must have a Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management or equivalent
- with at least 5 years' experience in supervisory role
- experience in Manufacturing industry is an advantage
- MUST HAVE A STRONG PERSONALITY
