Responsibilities:
-Build and maintain financial models to assess real estate investment performance, including scenario analysis and forecasting.
-Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to senior management based on market trends, financial projections, and property data.
-Support due diligence, risk analysis, and cross-department collaboration to integrate financial data and inform decision-making.

Key Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related field, with 1+years of experience in real estate financial analysis and modeling.
-Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools (e.g., Argus), with a strong understanding of key real estate metrics (IRR, NPV, cap rates).
