Job Description
Working location: Sta. Cruz Manila
Salary will start at 16k with increase after 3 months

A Debt Field Collector job involves recovering outstanding debts or payments from individuals or businesses by contacting clients, negotiating payment plans, and ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Debt Recovery:
Contact debtors to discuss overdue payments, arrange payment plans, and take necessary actions to encourage timely payments.
Communication and Negotiation
Record Keeping
Compliance:
Adhere to company policies and legal regulations regarding debt collection practices.
Field Work
Problem Solving
Verifying existing and probing new contact information of clients to
Qualification and skills
Must be degree holder related in Accounting course and can start immediately
Good in Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to negotiate and build rapport with clients.
Customer Service Skills
Excellent customer service skills to handle potentially difficult situations with tact and professional
With Drivers license and own vehicle
