Job Description
Schedule: Dayshift
Required Skills and Qualifications:
— 3-5 years of experience in IT operations and maintenance.
— Hands-on experience with monitoring tools like Grafana, Zabbix, Azure Monitor, and ELK Log Management.
— Experienced in large-scale monitoring system setup and maintenance.
— Familiarity with ITSM tools like PagerDuty and ServiceNow.
— Basic understanding of public cloud environments (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
— Proactive in identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
— Strong communication skills in English to collaborate effectively with regional teams and local partners.
