Management Trainee

As a Management Trainee, you will undergo a comprehensive training program that will prepare you for a management role within the restaurant. You will work closely with the restaurant’s management team, gain hands-on experience in various operational areas, and learn how to effectively manage restaurant operations. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your leadership, customer service, and operational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and assist with the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
• Support the management team in supervising staff and maintaining quality service standards.
• Assist with inventory management, ordering, and stock control.
• Help in training and guiding staff to ensure excellent customer service.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations.
• Assist in creating and implementing marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Handle customer concerns or issues professionally and efficiently.
• Assist in financial management, including monitoring sales and expenses.
• Participate in planning and executing restaurant events or special promotions.
• Work closely with the team to maintain smooth operations and high-quality service.

Qualifications:

• College graduate, preferably with a degree in BS Hotel and Restaurant Management or related field.
• With or without experience in the food service or restaurant industry.
• Willing to learn and take on new challenges.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good interpersonal skills and a team player.
• Residing near San Pedro, Laguna (or willing to relocate).

Salary:
