Job Description
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or relevant field.
● Certification or foundational knowledge in project management methodologies.
● Experience or background in shared services functions such as training, quality assurance, workforce management, or IT support is advantageous.
● Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively within shared services departments.
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
● Proficiency in project management tools and software.
● Amenable to work on-site in Makati on a night shift schedule
