Marketing Assistant

As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing campaigns, maintaining our brand presence, and assisting with day-to-day marketing operations. This role involves a variety of tasks, from content creation to customer interaction, and requires a keen eye for detail and excellent time management skills. The ideal candidate should be proactive, creative, and able to work effectively under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Create and edit marketing content, including photos and promotional materials.
• Manage and update marketing materials and social media platforms.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
• Assist in conducting market research to support campaign strategies.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed.
• Communicate with customers and clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Help manage deadlines and ensure the timely completion of tasks.
• Work closely with the team to brainstorm new ideas and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any Business-related course.
• Knowledge and experience with photo editing and basic design skills is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a high standard of quality.
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to handle working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Amenable to work on-site.
