Hybrid work set up in one of our offices within Metro Manila
Work schedule is 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday

We're looking for a dynamic Growth Sales Representative to join our team and cover the Philippines market. This role is perfect for someone who wants to be the CEO of their own territory, managing accounts with 51-500 employees.

Key responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently on a quarterly basis
- Own and drive sales strategy and execution for the Philippines territory
- Manage and grow existing accounts while prospecting for new opportunities
- Forecast and control the shape of the pipeline with a high degree of accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success
- Work closely with partners and distributors to scale the business at speed

Requirements:
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the Philippine market
- Strong business acumen, ability to think strategically and operate autonomously
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- 5+ years selling complex technology solutions, SaaS, UCaaS, etc
- Fluent English, Tagalog and/or Visaya

This is a hybrid position, requiring 1-2 days per week in our Makati office with ad-hoc in person meetings at Partner offices in the Metro. The ideal candidate will be comfortable balancing remote work with in-person meetings and office time.
