Job Description
Outsource new suppliers
Timely update of monthly import orders
Process POs in NetSuite
Scan shipping documents
Respond to price and inquiries from our customers (Sales and Service departments)
Monitor of the Receiving Reports of Imports from the Warehouse
Monitor the status of Service orders to determine if they're allocated or not
Coordinate with the broker and forwarder regarding the schedule of incoming shipments
