Job Description
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CPA is a must
Proven experience in an accounting supervisory or managerial role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the daily operations of the accounting department.
Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports and statements.
Monitor and enforce compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and other accounting tasks.
Provide guidance and training to accounting staff to enhance their performance.
Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning and analysis.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
