Job Description
We are seeking a Bank Sales Representative to join our team in Laguna.

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting a range of payment solutions and services, including:
QR Code Payments
E-Wallet Solutions
POS Terminals
Minimum Qualifications:
1–2 years of relevant work experience.
Bachelor’s degree (required).
Background in Relationship and Account Management.
Merchant acquiring experience is an advantage.
Previous experience in banking or financial services.
Strong customer service skills in client-facing roles.
Existing client network is a plus.
Willingness to travel for fieldwork in various locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Address the needs and concerns of assigned merchants.
Support company promotions and projects.
Identify and engage new merchants to build a strong client base.
Conduct regular merchant visits and resolve concerns efficiently.
Compare actual billings with targets and prepare weekly and monthly reports for management.
Recommend merchant disaffiliation due to non-compliance, fraud, or low billing performance.
