Job Description

Position: L2 M365 System Solutions Engineer
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Work Set-up & Shift: On-Site & Night Shift

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced L2 M365 System Solution Engineer to join our IT team.

This position is responsible on Microsoft Cloud Services Administration which includes Exchange Online, MS Teams, SharePoint Online and a strong focused on Azure Infrastructure and Intune, combined with advanced Windows Endpoint Support capabilities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Microsoft Cloud Services Administration
• Provide end user support for M365 including Exchange Online, MS Teams, SharePoint Online, Intune and Azure Infrastructure to maximize M365 functionality and user experience. The responsibilities includes:

1. Azure Active Directory Management:
- User and group lifecycle management
- Implementation of conditional access policies
- Password policy management
- Security group administration

2. Azure Infrastructure Support:
- Manage and maintain Azure Virtual Machines
- VM deployment and configuration
- Performance monitoring and optimization
- Resource allocation and scaling
- Backup and disaster recovery implementation
- Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) administration

3. Intune (Device Management)
- Experience with Microsoft Intune for mobile device management
- Proficiency in Windows laptop management via Intune
- Knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) administration
- Implementation of endpoint security policies

4. Windows Endpoint Support:
- Advanced Windows 10/11 troubleshooting
- Registry modifications and system file repairs
- Driver installation and management
- Performance optimization
- Boot and startup issue resolution
- BSOD analysis and resolution
- Hardware diagnostics and problem resolution
- Application packaging and deployment

5. O365 Management and Support:

• Manage Exchange Online Environment
- Configure and troubleshoot mail flow
- Manage mailbox permissions and delegation
- Configure and maintain distribution groups and dynamic distribution lists
- Implement mail flow rules and transport policies

• Administer Microsoft Teams platform
- Manage Teams policies and governance
- Configure meeting policies and settings
- Troubleshoot Teams voice and video issues
- Manage Teams channel and chat settings

• Maintain SharePoint Online Environment
- Site Collection Administration
- Permission management and sharing policies
- Content Migration and management
- Site template deployment


Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any other related fields.
• At least 3-5 years of experience and deep understanding of M365 online architecture and administration combined with advanced Windows Endpoint Support capabilities.
• Strictly Required: Azure and Intune experience
• Proficient in using ticketing tools/systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Has PowerShell Scripting and Automation Experience
• Excellent Communication Skills (both verbal and written)
• Amenable to Work on Night Shift
• Amenable to Work On-Site in BGC.
Salary:
₱75,000.00 Monthly
