Job Description
• Execute strategies to increase business center sales.
• Implement sales plan for upsell and other activities that will increase ARPU.
• Ensures the overall profitability of all the business center branches.
• Execute strategies to ensure business center metrics are achieved (grow sales, first contact
resolution, TAT for processing all after-sales request received and manage complaints, collection
handling, CSAT).
