Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) in marketing, branding, or related roles, with leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of branding, marketing strategies, and digital marketing tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Ability to analyze data and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
Creative, strategic thinker with attention to detail.
KEY ROLES:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the brand.
Supervise and coordinate marketing and branding projects and campaigns.
Lead a team of marketing professionals, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality output.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
Manage marketing budgets and track campaign performance.
