It has been in General Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (UN ECOSOC) since 1996. In 2008, GNI established its Philippine branch aim to improve lives, especially of children, through its one-on-one child sponsorship program and community development projects. Currently, GNIP is actively implementing child sponsorship and community development projects (education, health, water and sanitation, disaster response and livelihood advocacies) in (1) San Isidro, Rodriguez, Rizal, (2) Hagonoy, Bulacan, (3) Tingloy Island, Batangas, (4) Gigmoto, Catanduanes, (5) Prieto Diaz, Sorsogon, (6) Laak, Davao De Oro and (7) Guiuan, Eastern Samar . We are seeking a PR and Communications Content Creation Coordinator to develop and produce impactful visual content that highlights Good Neighbors Philippines' key initiatives, including child protection, education, health, disaster risk reduction, social economy, and climate change. This role involves creating compelling content to enhance brand awareness and support advocacy efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Awareness and Advocacy
• Strengthen Good Neighbors’ global brand identity and increase public awareness through strategic initiatives.
• Develop and promote the message of the Good Neighbors Movement ("Loving Neighborhood"), emphasizing the value of love by supporting
and uplifting marginalized communities in need.
2. Content Creation and Management
• Plan and execute video marketing strategies to promote organizational initiatives.
• As needed, perform minor editing of video footage to create compelling narratives, applying suitable graphics, music, and effects.
• Manage and enhance online marketing and promotional campaigns through various digital platforms.
3. Coordination and administration
• Coordinate with external video production teams to ensure high-quality content creation
• Handle administrative tasks related to project management and vendor payments.
4. Networking and Engagement
• Support initiatives to strengthen institutional networks and collaborations.
Qualifications and Experience:
● 5+ years of experience in communication, public relations, or video marketing.
● Prior experience in corporate communication or PR agencies is highly preferred.
● Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Veed, Capcut)
● Familiarity with social media platforms and video distribution trends.
● Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications, Broadcast Communication, Media Production, Film, Video Production, or other related studies.

• Creative and artistic abilities with a passion for storytelling through visual media.
• Empathy and authenticity in connecting with diverse audiences and creating impactful messages.
