Job Description
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment for technical roles.
- Source candidates via job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule next level interviews.
- Maintain candidate records in the ATS.
- Stay updated on hiring trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- A graduate of either BS Pyschology, Human Resource or any related course.
- Has at least 1 year of experience in recruitment or technical recruitment
- We also welcome fresh graduates who has related internship experience.
