Job Description
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
Proven experience (2+ years) in branch management or supervisory roles.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to handle customer issues effectively and professionally.
Knowledge of branch operations and financial management.
KEY ROLES:
Supervise and manage branch staff, ensuring performance standards are met.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Monitor and ensure the branch complies with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
Manage branch operations, including inventory, financial transactions, and documentation.
Prepare and analyze branch reports on performance and sales.
Support business growth by driving customer acquisition and retention strategies.
