Job Description
> Liaise with Team Leads on a regular basis to understand and obtain workflow and delivery timetable and client service expectations.
> Perform work and provide related deliverables in accordance with AC Manila’s Training Materials/Engagement Team’s (ET) instructions as applied to work requests.
> Maintain working knowledge of the AC Manila Training Materials.
> Monitor time spent on assigned tasks and manage deadlines.
> Adhere to PwC AC Manila policies and procedures.
> Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen.
> Participate in training and other developmental opportunities where possible.
> Demonstrate flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks while exercising professional skepticism.
> Consistently demonstrate teamwork dynamics by working as a team member: understand personal and team roles; contribute to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members; and proactively seek guidance, clarification and feedback.
> Establish effective working relationships directly with clients
> Understanding the process workflows related to work requests from initiation through completion
