Onsite Medical Biller

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Medical Billing Specialist to join our team onsite in Cebu. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the end-to-end medical billing process and A/R and hands-on experience with Tebra, Advanced MD, ECW,. This position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate billing, timely reimbursement, and smooth workflow management.

Set-up: Office Base

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full medical billing cycle from patient registration to payment posting and account reconciliation.
Handle insurance claims submissions, resubmissions, and appeals.
Verify patient insurance coverage, eligibility, and benefits.
Follow up on outstanding claims and address denials or rejections.
Post payments accurately, reconcile accounts, and manage patient billing inquiries.
Maintain and update patient billing records using EMR Software Tools.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and other relevant healthcare billing standards.
Collaborate with therapists, office staff, and insurance companies to resolve any billing issues.
Requirements:

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in end to end US Medical biling.
Proficiency in AdvanceMD, Tebra or similar medical billing software.
Thorough understanding of the end-to-end medical billing process, including claims submission, payment posting, and account management.
Willingness to work onsite and committed in work.
Willing to learn and to be train.
Strong knowledge of insurance guidelines.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Must have a BPO experience.
Strong in accounts receivable and know how to read EOB's
Good knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid
Preferred experience in accessing payor portals, entering demographics and entering charges.
