Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven Manager of Marketing Operations to optimize marketing performance, execute data-driven campaigns, and enhance customer experiences. This role will leverage Marketo, Demandbase, and Salesforce to implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for senior B2B audiences. The ideal candidate is a certified marketing operations expert with strong performance marketing, data analytics, and process optimization skills.

Key Responsibilities
Manage & optimize the marketing tech stack (Salesforce, Marketo, Demandbase, ZoomInfo).
Develop & execute digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and search engines.
Conduct A/B testing to optimize engagement and conversion rates.
Analyze data & generate insights to improve campaign effectiveness and revenue impact.
Implement ABM strategies to personalize communications and accelerate pipeline velocity.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing with sales and client success goals.
Mentor junior team members and foster innovation in marketing operations.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's in Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Certifications: Marketo, Salesforce, and Demandbase (Required).
Experience: 7+ years in marketing operations, digital marketing, or data analytics (B2B focus).
Skills: Advanced expertise in marketing technology, data analytics, and performance marketing.
Preferred: Experience targeting senior B2B audiences and working U.S. market hours.
