Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Software Development Engineer responsible for analyzing, designing, coding, and testing various components of application code across one or more clients. The role involves maintenance, enhancements, and development work to ensure the seamless operation and performance of the software. You will work with cutting-edge technologies, contribute to team discussions, and actively collaborate with colleagues to deliver robust and scalable software solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Component Development & Maintenance
- Analyze, design, develop, and test multiple components of application code across multiple clients.
- Perform ongoing maintenance, enhancements, and development to ensure system performance and reliability.
- Collaborative Contribution
- Participate actively in team discussions and contribute to decision-making and problem-solving.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of software components.
- Troubleshooting & Debugging
- Troubleshoot and debug issues, identify software defects, and implement appropriate fixes.
- Code Quality & Reviews
- Conduct and participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and maintain code quality.
- Continuous Learning & Improvement
- Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in software development to enhance your skills and contribute to better development practices.
Professional & Technical Skills
-Core Requirements:
- Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition (JEE).
- Strong knowledge of software development principles and best practices.
- Technical Expertise:
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns.
- Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with version control tools like Git.
- Methodologies & Frameworks:
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework.
- Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
- Problem Solving & Communication:
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
