URGENT HIRING

Job Overview
We are looking for a Technical Support Representative to provide excellent customer service and technical assistance to clients in the US and Canada region. The ideal candidate should have a background in BPO customer service and technical support, with at least 6 months of experience in the industry.

Location: Clark, Pampanga

Qualifications:
At least 6 months of BPO experience (technical support preferred).
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English.
Tech-savvy with basic troubleshooting skills.
Willing to work on a shifting schedule (including night shifts).
Can handle US and Canada-based customers efficiently.

Salary Package: PHP 24,000 + PHP 1,000 rice allowance
Variable Performance Bonus (based on performance)
18% Night Differential (20% for certain shifts)
