Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Process Improvement Manager to assess internal controls, identify gaps, and recommend process enhancements. This role is critical in ensuring operational efficiency and compliance.
Hiring Range: Php 57,000 - 63,000
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy
Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Experience in an External Audit Firm (Top 4 Audit Firm preferred)
Internal audit experience is required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience working in an ERP environment
High proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assess company policies, processes, and procedures for effectiveness
Identify weaknesses, gaps, and risks in internal controls and compliance procedures
Analyze processes to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency
Recommend and document process improvements and internal control enhancements
Prepare detailed reports on findings, risks, and recommendations
Collaborate with Department Heads to address control gaps and implement solutions
Monitor adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements
Perform other related duties as assigned
