Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:

A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.
IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.
At least 1 of experience in an IT support or technician role.
knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software applications.
Familiarity with network systems and basic troubleshooting techniques.
Good understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and software installation processes.
Amenable to work in Cubao Quezon City

KEY ROLES:

- Install, maintain, and repair computer hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, etc.).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues, including motherboard failures, peripheral malfunctions, and network connectivity problems.
- Install, configure, and update software applications, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and drivers.
- Provide troubleshooting assistance for software-related issues, such as software crashes, installation errors, or system performance issues.
- Configure and troubleshoot network devices and connections, including routers, switches, and wireless access points.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues, ensuring stable and secure access to the internet and internal networks.
