Job Description
Educational Background: Graduate of Engineering, Food Science or its equivalent; Masters Degree in Business Administration, Engineering/Management is an advantage
Years & Type of Experience: At least five (5) years related work experience as a Production Manager or Operations Manager in manufacturing firms
Skills & Competencies: Proficient in MS Office and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Programs e.g., SAP, INFORLN, etc., Leadership Skills, Problem Solving and Continuous Improvement Skills, Interpersonal and Communication Skills
Responsibilities:
Manage daily plant operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Develop and implement operational strategies and performance goals.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.
Monitor production schedules and quality control processes.
Lead, train, and supervise plant personnel to achieve operational objectives.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize operational processes.
Manage budgets, control costs, and allocate resources effectively.
Conduct regular audits and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
