Job Description
Business development leads officer are responsible for gaining customers and ensuring that they work to attain a set goal and grow excellently. They are in touch with potential clients seeking information on the products and services the companies provide. They also conduct research to identify new markets, and customer needs as well as developing a plan that is focused on financial gain and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth.
2.Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
3.Researching prospective accounts in target markets
4.Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
5.Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients
6.Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals
7.Training business development staff
8.Attending conferences and industry events
9.Develop marketing strategies for projects
10.Work closely with the sales team on program development and implementation
11.Create and execute lead generation programs
12.Analyze data to determine campaign efficiency
13.Develop and communicate marketing plans, campaign results and project recommendations to the management team
14.Creates and develops new campaigns, advertising copy, and other marketing materials.
