Warehouse Manager / Chinese Speaking

Job description:
1. Be responsible for the overall planning of the on-site operation work of the warehouse project, formulate the implementation plan, and ensure its implementation.
2. Be responsible for the establishment, improvement, and standardization construction of the warehouse operation system.
3. Be responsible for achieving the on-site operation indicators and assessment indicators of the warehouse project, and conduct evaluations on the completion status according to different stages.
4. Be responsible for the daily management work of the on-site operation of the warehouse project, optimize and improve the operation process, and coordinate to solve problems.
5. Be responsible for the management of materials on the on-site of the warehouse project to ensure the authenticity and accuracy of the inventory quantity and the safety of the goods in the warehouse.
6. Be responsible for the 6S management on the warehouse site.
7. Be responsible for the construction of the on-site operation team of the warehouse project, provide guidance for employees' development, and conduct regular performance interviews.
8. Be responsible for publicizing the company's system policies and promoting the corporate culture.
9. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Requirement:
Educational Requirements: A full-time undergraduate degree or above (For those with comprehensive abilities and rich experience, the educational requirement can be relaxed).
Major Requirements: Majors related to logistics management (For those with rich relevant experience, the major requirement is not mandatory).
Gender and Age: Gender is not limited, and the age should be under 45 years old (Can be negotiated according to the actual situation).
Work Experience: More than 8 years of experience in the logistics industry, or more than 5 years of on-site management experience in e-commerce warehousing.
Skill Requirements: Proficient in using office software such as WORD, EXCEL (functions), and PPT.

1. Have good English listening, speaking, reading and writing abilities (a mandatory condition), be able to use English as the daily working language, and those with long-term overseas work experience will be given priority.
2. Have strong on-site management, communication, organizational, and coordination abilities.
3. Have a strong sense of teamwork. While managing core employees, be able to discover and support outstanding talents.
4. Have correct values, good professional ethics, be willing to endure hardships, and be practical and diligent.
5. Have experience in the e-commerce warehousing and logistics industry and be able to accept long-term overseas assignments (a mandatory condition).
