Job Description

Responsibilities:
Training and Development
 Organizational Development and Planning.
o Collaborate with the Managers for trainings needed by the employees.
o Monitor training and analyze results.
o Recommend new training approach, programs and techniques.
 Design training interventions and modules.
 Facilitate training interventions.
Talent Acquisition
 Accountable for hiring for Sales Account Manager and other open positions.
 Conducts end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, including administration of exams
and interviews.
 In-charge in developing networks in Recruitment Channels such as LinkedIn and Facebook.
 Timely posting of career opportunities Internal and External Channels.
 Coordinates between hiring managers and applicants, and schedules interviews.
 Prepares and ensures all new hire files are complete and accurate.
 Research and suggest for hiring platforms that will help fast track recruitment process.
Others
 Assist and pro-actively participates in HR initiatives and events
 Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
 Research and suggest uptrend HR practices.

Qualifications
 Bachelor’s degree holder in human resources, psychology, or any related course.
 With at least 3 to 4 year experience in HR field. Especially in Training and Development.
 Must have the capacity to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders.
 Must be competent at cultivating relationships, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills
 Must have excellent organization, coordination, and time-management skills.
 Creative and energetic.
Salary:
30.000,00 ₱ Monthly
