Job Description

Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for supporting the organization’s talent acquisition initiatives by building candidate pipelines, coordinating sourcing events, and assisting with internal recruitment marketing efforts. Key responsibilities include:

Pipelining Pilot: Facilitate and support candidate pipelining efforts through participation in career fairs and related recruitment events.

University Relations & SPARK Events: Provide sourcing support for university partnerships and SPARK initiatives, ensuring a positive candidate experience and strong employer branding.

Employee Referral Program: Assist in the administration and promotion of the company-wide Employee Referral Program to enhance internal talent referrals.

Marketing & Internal Communications: Serve as a marketing assistant for internal communications, including creating ads, promotional materials, and announcements to support recruitment and employee engagement efforts.
