Job Description

This is a full-time Customer Service role based in Cebu, Central Visayas, where you will be providing high-quality customer service support for one of our key accounts. As a member of the Customer Service team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional experiences for our valued customers.

What you'll be doing:
Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, and chat channels
Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
Providing product information and support to customers
Identifying and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team or management
Continuously improving customer service processes and procedures
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience

What we're looking for:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and concerns
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
Familiarity with customer service software and tools
A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
