Job Description
• Takes care of computer problems of the Hotel.
• Keeps us with the changes that affect the Hotel’s IT systems.
• Installs new system to troubleshooting and repairing existing networks.
• Attends trainings provided by Network provider or computer seminars.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Installs new hardware and software.
2. Installs and troubleshoots network systems.
3. Installs and sets up new computer systems.
4. Interacts with all users of the computer systems.
5. Analyzes issues encountered by users of the computer systems.
6. Solves problems presented by users of the computer systems.
7. Assists guests with their computer problems or Wi-Fi connections.
8. Understands that business demands sometimes make it necessary to move employees from their accustomed shift to other shifts.
9. Works closely with other departments that are essential to ensuring a positive guest experience.
10. Assists other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships.
11. Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be required by the Management from time to time.
PREREQUISITES:
Proficient in computer works and knows how to use tools and equipment by a Computer Technician.
EDUCATION:
High School or equivalent. With related technical or trade certification as Computer Technician.
EXPERIENCE:
Previous experience working as Computer Technician in hotel or resort for at least 5 years.
