Job Description
Location: Makati City
Job Overview:
As a Customer Support Associate, you will handle a mix of voice and non-voice interactions, assisting customers with product inquiries, order tracking, and general support.
Qualifications:
Completed at least 2nd-year college with no back subjects
At least 1 year of customer service experience
Experience handling a UK-based account for at least 2 months is a plus
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Willing to work onsite
