Job Description

Customer Service Representative at Pasig- PHP 24K

Duties/Responsibilities:
Assist customers with financial inquiries via various communication channels.
Provide accurate information regarding financial products and services.
Handle concerns related to financial transactions and accounts.
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective problem resolution.

Qualifications:
Graduate or at least a 3rd-year college undergraduate in a Financial-related course.
Any financial experience in a non-BPO setting (e.g., Sun Life Advisor, Collections Agent, Bank Employee).
Candidates with Financial CCE experience are preferred.
Must be willing to work on-site in McKinley.
Available to start on March 16.
