Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze historical data, trends, and business requirements to forecast staffing needs.
Develop capacity plans to ensure optimal resource allocation.
Create workforce scheduling strategies to maximize efficiency.
Monitor real-time adherence (RTA) and provide proactive recommendations to optimize staffing.
Identify opportunities to enhance workforce efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Implement best practices in workforce management tools and methodologies.
Support automation initiatives to improve workforce planning and reporting.
Qualifications:
At least High School Graduate (old curriculum) / Senior High School Graduate (new curriculum)
At least 2 – 4 years of Customer Service Experience
Expertise in data analysis, reporting, and workforce optimization strategies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Are willing to work on site
