Job Description
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a BPO/customer service environment.
Skills:
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Proficient in using computer systems and customer service software.
Preferred:
Experience in call center/customer service roles, especially in the BPO industry.
Knowledge of CRM tools or customer service platforms is a plus.
