Job Description

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Executives! If you have a passion for sales, particularly in the life insurance industry, and are eager to contribute to revenue growth, we encourage you to apply.

Location: Makati City, Philippines
Work Setup: Onsite
Salary: ₱18,000 - ₱24,000 (with performance incentives and commission)

Responsibilities:
- Sales and Recruitment: Support the sales and recruitment of individual life insurance products.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Travel: Willingness to travel anywhere in the Philippines as needed.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Management, Marketing, or related fields
- At least 1 year of experience in life insurance and sales
- Strong written and oral communication, and negotiation skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- LOMA courses preferred but not required
